<div class="p-rich_text_section"> <h3><strong>About the Role</strong></h3> <p>We are looking for a hands-on, analytically driven <strong>Finance Business Partner</strong> to support Confirmora�s <strong>Product, Engineering, and Operations</strong> organizations.</p> <p>You will own the financial planning, budgeting, and performance management processes for these cost centres, acting as a trusted advisor to senior leadership. This role blends traditional FP&amp;A responsibilities with proactive business partnering, helping teams make data-driven decisions and ensuring financial discipline across the company.</p> <h3><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></h3> <h4><strong>Financial Planning &amp; Analysis</strong></h4> <ul> <li>Own <strong>budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis</strong> for Product, Engineering, and Operations cost centres.</li> <li>Maintain and continuously update <strong>rolling forecasts</strong> in Pigment, ensuring accuracy of cost, headcount, and project-level data.</li> <li>Review and report <strong>monthly actuals vs. budget and forecast</strong>, providing insightful variance commentary.</li> <li>Identify, prepare, and communicate <strong>monthly accruals, reclasses, and adjustments</strong> to ensure correct financial reporting.</li> <li>Build and improve <strong>variance reporting and dashboards</strong> in Pigment (and other BI tools) for business leaders.</li> </ul> <h4><strong>Headcount &amp; Workforce Planning</strong></h4> <ul> <li>Partner with <strong>People and Recruiting teams</strong> to align headcount plans with budget, hiring pipeline, and Jira tickets.</li> <li>Manage ongoing <strong>headcount reconciliation</strong> and cost forecasting at employee and team levels.</li> <li>Support automation and data quality across systems (Bamboo, Pigment, Jira).</li> </ul> <h4><strong>Business Partnering &amp; Strategic Support</strong></h4> <ul> <li>Act as the primary <strong>finance contact for Product, Engineering, and Operations</strong> leaders.</li> <li>Provide <strong>financial insights and decision support</strong> on project spend, renewals, and investments (including ROI and business case analysis).</li> <li>Support with <strong>cost optimisation opportunities</strong> and help define performance metrics for efficiency.</li> <li>Lead <strong>cross-functional collaboration</strong> with HR, Accounting, and Operations to align financials with strategic priorities.</li> </ul> <h4><strong>Reporting &amp; Process Improvement</strong></h4> <ul> <li>Enhance <strong>forecasting accuracy, process automation, and reporting cadence</strong> across FP&amp;A and business teams.</li> <li>Support <strong>system implementations</strong> and process improvements in Pigment and Omnea for spend approvals and visibility.</li> <li>Liaise with Accounting for monthly close, ensuring accruals, reclasses, and cost allocations are complete and accurate.</li> <li>Ensure compliance with <strong>internal policies</strong> and support audits and controls as needed.</li> </ul> <h4><strong>Ad Hoc Analysis &amp; Projects</strong></h4> <ul> <li>Respond to one-off requests for <strong>P&amp;E cost analysis, headcount reporting, and operational deep dives</strong>.</li> <li>Partner with other Finance BPs to align best practices, reporting formats, and business insight delivery.</li> <li>Support ongoing <strong>financial model enhancements and data integrations</strong> between systems.</li> </ul> <h3><strong>About You</strong></h3> <ul> <li>3-5 years of experience in <strong>FP&amp;A or Finance Business Partnering</strong>, ideally supporting Product, Engineering, or Operations in a <strong>SaaS / technology environment</strong>.</li> <li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a <strong>hands-on, detail-oriented approach</strong>.</li> <li>Excellent <strong>Excel / Google Sheets</strong> and <strong>financial modelling</strong> abilities; SQL and <strong>Pigment / Tableau</strong> experience preferred.</li> <li>Proven ability to communicate complex financial insights to non-financial stakeholders.</li> <li>Self-starter comfortable operating cross-functionally in a fast-moving, scaling environment.</li> <li>Degree in <strong>Finance, Accounting, Economics</strong>, or related field; professional certification (e.g., ACCA/CIMA) a plus.</li> </ul> </div> <div class="p-rich_text_section"> <div class="p-rich_text_section"><strong data-stringify-type="bold">Why Confirmora?</strong></div> <div class="p-rich_text_section"> <div class="p-rich_text_section">We are the preferred identity verification platform partner for the world�s most innovative growth-driven organizations helping conveniently verify and safeguard users anywhere in the world.
