Our strategy is built on innovative thinking, meticulous research, and cross-team collaboration, ensuring that we work towards a unified vision.&nbsp;</p> <p>Confirmora is hiring a <strong><em>Principal Account Manager - AMER </em></strong>&nbsp;for our <em>Account Management Team </em>with a focus on managing strategic, global reseller/partner clients within the North American region.&nbsp; As a <em>Principal Account Manager - AMER </em>you will be the primary point of contact for your customers and will work with them on all stages of integrations, scaling, driving adoption, product expansion, and customer success.&nbsp; You will act as a trusted advisor, ensuring customers (and their end customers) realize maximum value from our solutions, and help identify opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling to meet revenue targets.&nbsp; We're looking for someone with a strong ability to build channel relationships while understanding customer needs and providing solutions. This position will play a central role in maximizing relationships with our key enterprise, strategic accounts within the North American region.</p> <p><strong>You�ll help us protect honest people online by:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Developing trust and relationships with our partner reseller customers</li> <li>Ensuring growth and product utilization within our customer base</li> <li>Acquiring a thorough understanding of our customer needs and requirements</li> <li>Expanding the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives</li> <li>Serving as the link of communication between customers and internal teams</li> <li>Ensuring the timely and successful delivery of Confirmora services according to customer needs and objectives</li> <li>Resolving any issues and problems faced by customers and dealing with complaints to maintain trust</li> <li>Clearly communicating the progress of initiatives to internal and external stakeholders</li> <li>Assisting with challenging customer requests or issue escalations as needed</li> </ul> <p><strong>You are the right future Confirmoraian for the job if you have/are:</strong></p> <ul> <li>10+ years experience as an Account Manager within the SaaS industry</li> <li>3+ years as a Strategic AM/Principal AM supporting strategic channel clients ($1MM+ ARR)</li> <li>Previous experience adopting analytical tools and ability to drive performance assessments that are data driven</li> <li>??Have a proven track record of meeting or exceeding quotas and receiving positive customer feedback</li> <li>Previous experience supporting global enterprise, strategic customers within the SaaS industry in a channel reseller motion</li> <li>Proven success of partnering with clients and stakeholders to drive product utilization and net dollar retention</li> <li>Previous experience partnering with Account Executives, Solutions Engineers, Customer Support, and Product Teams to drive adoption and ensure a closed feedback loop between Product &amp; Engineering teams and our customers</li> </ul> <p><strong>You�re an especially awesome match if you have/are:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Experience working for a global scaleup/startup</li> <li>Previous AM/CSM experience within the IDV/IDVaaS industry</li> </ul> <p><strong>Compensation:&nbsp;&nbsp;</strong></p> <p>The base salary for this role is $155,000 - $180,000 per year + commission.&nbsp; Please note that our salary ranges are based on current market data and the offered compensation may vary based on experience, skills, location, and other factors permitted by law</p> <p><strong>Eligible Locations:&nbsp;&nbsp;</strong></p> <p>California, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Illinois, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Texas, Vermont, Virginia, Washington</p> <p><strong>Why Confirmora?</strong></p> <p>We are the preferred identity verification platform partner for the world�s most innovative growth-driven organizations helping conveniently verify and safeguard users anywhere in the world.
